Realtors During the Coronavirus Crisis

The real estate industry has come to a screeching halt in many regions as the COVID-19 pandemic rapidly spread across the US. With much of America under shelter in place orders and practicing social distancing, real estate agents have been forced to cancel open houses and in-person showings.

According to the online real estate database Zillow, the number of new listings dropped by 19% in early April. With few options to keep real estate businesses going as the COVID-19 pandemic spreads, agents are coming up with creative ways to stay in touch with their clients.

One of these ways could be a virtual property tour as a way to sell a home. All you would need is a smartphone, head over to the listing to record and narrate a digital tour. Then post the video on social media and wait for the offers to come in!
